We would like to congratulate Dr Silvia for her well-deserved promotion!

AHCC staff are no strangers to Dr Silvia. Previously as Centre Manager, she managed clinical operations for a year. Now, as the new General Manager, Dr Silvia will be overseeing all of AHCC’s operations. 

Before she became part of AHCC, Dr Silvia played a vital role in National Hospital, Surabaya. She served as the Head of Quality Assurance and also the Clinical Support Manager at the hospital, the latter of which saw her overseeing six different departments — Laboratory, Radiology, Medical Records, Rehabilitation, Pharmacy and Dietetics. She was also a Marketing Coordinator at Adi Husada Kapasari Hospital back in 2017.

We’re excited to see Dr Silvia take AHCC to new heights with her tremendous experience in hospital management! 

With Dr Silvia taking over the reins as AHCC’s General Manager, who will fill her previous role of Centre Manager? A new doctor joins our IOC family to carry on Dr Silvia’s legacy.

Meet Dr Saraswati, the new Centre Manager for AHCC. Known as Dr Saras among the AHCC team, she now carries the torch left by Dr Silvia, overseeing daily clinical operations and improving patients’ clinical experience.

Previously, Dr Saras also worked at National Hospital, Surabaya. During her two-year tenure at the hospital, she served as the Medical Check Up Coordinator and K3RS (Health and Safety) Head. In 2017, Dr Saras earned her title of doctor from the Faculty of Medicine at Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. Currently, she is also pursuing her Master in Health Policy and Management at the same university.

Dr Saras has always been drawn to the hospital side of management. She dreams of raising the standards of hospital management in Indonesia. We wish Dr Saras the best of luck so that she may achieve this dream at AHCC!
