Eng Aik Meng
Chairman
Aik Meng is the Chairman of Integrated Oncology Centres (IOC), as well as the founding board member of TE Asia Healthcare Partners and CEO of TE Healthcare Advisory Pte Ltd. He also serves as a Senior Advisor at TPG Capital, where he holds various directorship roles in TPG Capital portfolio companies.
Dr. Ronnie Poon
Chairman, IOC Medical Advisory Council
Dr. Ronnie Poon is the Chairman of IOC Medical Advisory Council. He oversees the medical affairs and operations of IOC in the region. Dr Poon received his medical and surgical training in Sydney, Australia, and Hong Kong. He is passionate and very dedicated in research in Hepato-biliary-pancreatic Surgery and has a strong interest in management of liver cancer. He is an honorary professor of the University of Hong Kong.
Timothy Chang
Chief Executive Officer
Timothy is CEO of Integrated Oncology Centres (IOC). He has over 15 years of experience in healthcare operations and acquisitions, having served in various C-level executive positions for hospitals across Asia. He is responsible for strengthening clinical partnerships between doctors and healthcare professionals within IOC’s regional network and providing strategic direction for all of IOC’s specialist centres.
Vu Phuong Tran
Chief Operations Officer
Phuong is Chief Operations Officer for IOC. He leads all healthcare investments and deal negotiations for the Group in Vietnam. Phuong has over 10 years of excellent track record in C-level management roles especially in business development. Phuong is also known for his “people person” attitude, and possesses exceptional skill in building connections and long-term partnerships with people from all walks of life.
Suwandi Leo
Country Lead, Indonesia
Suwandi is IOC’s Country Lead for Indonesia. He leads all healthcare investment and deal negotiations for the Group in Indonesia. Suwandi has over 18 years of experience and exceptional track record in the fields of business development and marketing. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management (MBA), and is a very charismatic leader who is known for his ability to interact with people at all levels as well as managing brands strategically.
