Job Summary:

  • To plan and ensure implementation of strategies to develop and enhance the networking for key accounts.
  • To develop marketing work plans, manage events and ensure the quality and targets set are achieved.
  • To assist in ensuring that the department meets or exceeds its objectives; the vision, mission, policies, objectives and core values of the hospital are embraced and promoted in the workplace.

 

Job Description:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant organisations, healthcare providers, community groups, and other stakeholders to support the hospital’s mission and enhance its services.
  • Create and manage engaging content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, website copy, social media posts, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners, serving as the main point of contact in the coordination of partnership activities, joint marketing campaigns, events, educational initiatives, and community outreach programs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to maximise media coverage and ensure accurate representation of the hospital’s initiatives.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the superiors from time to time.

 

Skills/Knowledge:

  • At least a diploma in either Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communication.
  • Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Good understanding of marketing fundamentals
  • Good communication skills.
